Product Introduction
The water-cooled electromagnetic slurry automatic iron remover is a new type of iron remover. It uses a circulating pump to circulate deionized water through hollow copper tubes, carrying away the heat generated by the energized copper tubes.
Based on this special structure, the water-cooled electromagnetic slurry automatic iron remover has the following advantages: high magnetic induction intensity, small internal temperature rise, minimal magnetic induction intensity attenuation during long-term operation, long working cycles, wide adaptability to ore feed particle size and concentration, high ore beneficiation efficiency, and convenient operation and maintenance. Therefore, it is suitable for roughing, scavenging of metal ores, and purification of non-metal ores.
Product features
High magnetic induction intensity.
Minimal internal temperature rise, with minimal magnetic induction intensity attenuation during long-term operation.
Long working cycles, convenient operation, and maintenance.
Wide adaptability to ore feed particle size and concentration, with high ore beneficiation efficiency.
Operation Process
Connect the power supply device, open the inlet slurry valve, close the return slurry valve and iron discharge valve, and turn on the magnetization device. When all the ore slurry has passed through the slurry iron remover, close the inlet and outlet slurry valves, open the return slurry valve, and discharge the remaining slurry in the iron remover through the return slurry valve. Demagnetize, then close the inlet, outlet, and return slurry valves. Open the iron discharge valve to discharge the iron-containing substances adsorbed on the magnetic medium.
Product Purpose
Ferrous metals: hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, pyrolusite, manganese ore, etc. Non-ferrous metals: separation of wolframite and garnet, etc.
Non-ferrous metal: The separation of wolframite from minerals such as garnet.
Rare metals recovery of tantalum-niobium ore, monazite, etc.
Non-metals: purification and impurity removal of quartz, feldspar, kaolin, etc.
Other industries: sewage treatment in iron and steel mines and power plants, cleaning of contaminated chemical raw materials.
