Product Introduction
Product Overview
Suitable for medium and fine crushing of solid materials with a compressive strength less than 300Mpa and a moisture content less than 35%. It can be widely used in industries such as mining, thermal power, cement ceramics, metallurgy, chemicals, and building materials. It features low maintenance costs, stable performance, minimal dust, and low noise.
Equipped with two crushing rollers, the roller surface can be either flat or built-up welded, depending on the required particle size from the user. If the material's compressive strength exceeds 200Mpa, a heavier model can be selected.
Examples include artificial sand making from pebbles and construction waste, fine crushing of iron ore and quartzite in mining, crushing of raw materials in the ceramic industry, crushing of coke and quicklime in the metallurgical industry, fine crushing of coal powder and coke powder in coking plants, and crushing of various raw materials in the chemical industry or similar crushing occasions.
The built-up welded roller surface model is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations with a feed particle size less than 150mm and a required finished product particle size of 5-30mm. Examples include pre-crushing of cement clinker, limestone, and composite materials before grinding in the cement industry, pre-crushing of coal before grinding in the coal water slurry industry, pre-crushing of steel slag, iron ore, and silicon ore before grinding in the iron ore industry, crushing of various ores for making unfired bricks in brick factories, crushing of thermal coal in thermal power plants, or similar crushing occasions.
Working Principle
The machine utilizes two wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers that rotate relative to each other, generating high extrusion forces to crush materials. After entering the gap between the two rollers (the V-shaped crushing chamber), the materials are subjected to the extrusion and shearing forces caused by the relative rotation of the crushing rollers. Under the actions of extrusion, shearing, and grinding, the materials are crushed into the desired particle size and discharged through the discharge port.
