Product Overview

The ICS series electronic large belt weighing scale is an ideal device installed on belt conveyors for continuous weighing of bulk materials. It features a simple structure, accurate weighing, stable operation, convenient use, and low maintenance. It is suitable not only for conventional environments but also for environments with acid, alkali, salt, and atmospheric corrosion. It is widely used in the weighing process during conveying in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, power, chemicals, coal, mining, and ports.

Technical parameters

The weight signal of the material on the belt and the speed signal of the belt operation are transmitted together to a dedicated instrument (with a one-machine-one-path DCS interface) measurement system (with a microprocessor as the core inside the dedicated instrument). Through continuous calculations, the cumulative weight and instantaneous flow rate of the material are computed for display and output (connected to DCB or a host computer).
