Product Overview

The CX series cylindrical permanent magnet dry separation magnetic separator is independently developed and designed by our factory. It features a compact size, easy mobility, uniform feeding, large processing capacity and convenient operation. Its interior adopts a unique magnetic circuit design, with high-performance permanent magnet neodymium iron boron material as the magnetic source, featuring strong magnetic field and large suction force.

Feeding hopper: The loader can directly load the materials into the hopper, enabling it to separate the materials by size.

Motor vibrating feeding device: Fine particle materials enter the hopper. After entering the hopper, they automatically enter the motor vibrating feeder. After vibration, the materials can evenly enter the drum for separation.

Strong magnetic drum: The drum body is made of stainless steel and wrapped with an additional layer of stainless steel, which greatly enhances its wear resistance.

Belt: The fine materials selected by the strong magnetic drum are output by the belt.
