Scope of application

CTB (N,S) series permanent magnet wet preselection machine is awet magnetic separator designed for the purpose of casting the tailbefore magnetic grinding.

Technical characteristics

1.Feeding box is equipped with material balance device to ensurethat the material into the trough in the direction of the length of the drumis uniform.

2.The inner surface of the groove body and the magnetic roller, andthe outer surface is covered with wear-resistant layer to increase wearresistance and prolong life.

3.The content of MFE in tailings magnetic materials is significantlyreduced.which is 1-3% lower than that in common magneticseparation equipment.

4.The maanetic system has big wrap angle, the separation processis prolonged, and the concentrate grade is increased by 2-4% .
