Product Introduction
Product Overview
The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strongly magnetic minerals or for removing strongly magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a large working gap and high processing capacity.
Working Principle: When the ore pulp enters the magnetic field, strongly magnetic minerals are adsorbed onto the surface of the drum, while weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals adsorbed onto the drum surface rotate with the drum and are carried out of the magnetic field area, then flushed into the concentrate tank by washing water to complete the separation process.

The strongly magnetic minerals adsorbed onto the drum surface rotate with the drum and are carried out of the magnetic field area, then flushed into the concentrate tank by washing water to complete the separation process.
The same drum can be equipped with three types of troughs: concurrent trough (CTS), counter-current trough (CTN), and semi-counter-current trough (CTB) to adapt to different separation requirements.
The concurrent trough is suitable for roughing and cleaning of ores with particle sizes of 6~0mm.
The counter-current trough is suitable for roughing and scavenging of ores with particle sizes of 0.6~0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the coal washing industry.
The semi-counter-current trough is suitable for roughing and cleaning of ores with particle sizes of 0.5~0mm, especially for cleaning minerals with particle sizes of 0.15~0mm.
